•Bottom design has a modified tunnel runner (MTR), with a steep 22 degree entry on the front sponsons for rough water use tapering to the transom with a 12 degree vee. The center sponson is raised at the transom to aid in handling and speed.
•Multiple storage compartments, upholstered and carpeted engine compartment panels, cockpit side panels with pockets and drink holders, rear seat storage bins, under dash area capable of holding two large coolers, lockable forward bulkhead.

Upholstery
•Seat frames are 100% composite construction with fiberglass reinforced corners for a no rot, long lasting frame.
•Top quality vinyl with U.V. inhibitors.
•Yachting cloth substituted for vinyl on request.

•All seams double stitched.
•High density foam used on all seats to prevent bottoming out.
•All vinyl panels are backed with 1/2” foam.

Construction of Hull and Deck
•Entirely hand laminated using AME 4000 isothelic resin.
•NPG isothelic gel coats with built in U.V. light inhibitors for a harder, brighter, fade resistant finish.
•All hulls are skinned by laying a 1 oz. cloth to prevent print through.
•Hull is 100% composite construction for strength and long lasting durability.
•All strakes are filled with poly-bond for superior strength.
•Moisture resistant composite stringers.
•Deck and hull are fully core matted.
•Deck and hull are fully bonded around the entire inside for a completely unitized construction

Custom Rigging for Cougar Custom 21 MTR
•All hardware is custom powder-coated and color keyed for maximum eye appeal and the most durable finish.
•All stainless steel fasteners and hardware.
•Engine compartment is flo-coated for outstanding appearance and very easy clean up.
•All motors are mounted to stringers with heavy duty powder-coated thru bolted “l” brackets with powder-coated washers.
•Power steering and power trim.
•O/B setup includes 8” setback and 4" hydraulic jackplate.
•Waterproof “Sirius ready” Clarion CD player.
•Wiring and hoses routed and loomed to transom and dash in a show-quality finish.
•Cougar engraved high quality tachometer and GPS speedometer with matching secondary gauges.
•Powder-coated seat pedestals.
•All gauges are mounted in front of the drivers seat. (not on passenger side)
•Powder-coated, angle gauge bezels, motor vents, grab handles, gas filler, drink holders, deck cleats, drain plug, deck hinges, all seat brackets, and rub rail.

•All I/O setups come standard with hydraulic hatch openers (additional charge by many manufactures).
